Dr Kapoor says, “Fresh fruits improve your well-being and health, which reflects as a form of glow on the skin. Apples, mangoes, bananas, strawberries, jamun, avocado, papaya, watermelon and more can be safely used on the skin too to make it flawless and younger looking. They are rich in potassium, vitamins A, B, C, E, zinc, lectin, copper, magnesium folic acid, peptides and amino acids.”

Here are some natural fruit face masks that are easy to use and all natural:

1. Tomato and yogurt de-tanning and exfoliating pack

Here’s how to apply it:

Blend one ripe tomato, with half a spoon of oatmeal and then add 1 tablespoon of yogurt to make a smooth paste. Before you apply the face pack, clean your face properly and then apply it to your face and neck and leave for 10 minutes. Lightly scrub the mask off. Use this mask twice a week to see the result. This will help lighten your skin, calm down sunburn, and exfoliate the skin.

2. Jamun pack for detoxifying the skin

Here’s how to apply it:

Take a bowl and add some jamun pulp and add 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Mix it well to make a mixture. Now, apply it to your face and neck and give a gentle massage while applying it, leaving it for 15-20 minutes. Wash your face with cold water. This will cleanser your skin, hydrate it, fight the signs of ageing and combat signs of ageing.

3. Mango glow mask

Here’s how to apply it:

Mash six orange slices in a bowl, add one tablespoon of egg white, and whip it well. Apply it to your face and neck for 20 minutes. Try not to move during this time.
